Shipping Information

• —Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
• —Orders placed before 12pm are processed the same day.
• —You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
• —We currently ship to UK addresses only. International shipping coming soon.
• —We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances outside our control.

Returns

Our Returns Policy

• —Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• —Items must be in their original packaging.
• —Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.
• —We cannot accept returns on sale items, swimwear, or personalised products.
• —Faulty or incorrect items will be collected at our cost — please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How to Return

2. 02We'll reply within 1 working day with your returns authorisation and address.
3. 03Package the item securely and ship it back to us using a tracked service.
4. 04Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 working days.

• —Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we have received and inspected the return.
• —Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving the item.
• —Your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to credit the refund.
• —Original delivery charges are non-refundable (except for faulty or incorrectly dispatched items).
• —We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
